Returns Policy

Legion Paper guarantees the product is free from any manufacturing and packaging defects. Replacement and liability due to defect is limited to the retail cost of this product. Since all dyes, pigments, and papers change over time, Legion Paper does not guarantee the product against changes in color or fading. Legion Paper holds no liability for the use of this product.

General Product Returns And Exchanges

Legion Paper products may need to be returned or exchanged for several reasons. A Return Merchandise Authorization is required for all returns and exchanges. Packages with no RMA will be refused.

  1. Unopened products may be returned or exchanged for no reason within 30 days of purchase for a refund, less a 15% restocking fee. The item must be returned unopened in a resalable condition. Opened products or damaged packaging will not be accepted, and a refund or exchange will not be approved. The customer is liable for all shipping and insurance costs for general returns and exchanges.
  2. Products mis-shipped or shown to be defective in manufacture or packaging will be replaced within 90 days of the purchase. Please call toll-free (877) 259-3161 notifying us of the mis-shipped or damaged product, and we will issue a prepaid UPS return label which can be placed directly on the returned shipment and given to any UPS driver or shipping center.

To return or exchange any item from Legion Paper, please follow these steps:

  1. Create a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) by calling us toll free at (877) 259-3161. You will need your order number. An RMA # is required and returns will not be accepted without one.
  2. Carefully package the item(s) you are returning. The item must be packaged to ensure its arrival in a resalable condition, with the RMA # written on the outside of the shipping package. Please be aware that we cannot accept returns on products opened or damaged by inadequate packaging on the return shipment. Insure the shipment with your carrier..

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will either ship you the exchanged item requested or issue you a full refund for the product(s) being returned. This process may take up to two weeks. In some cases where verbal permission has been given to expedite the exchange, we will charge the credit card on file and ship the new item before receiving the return.
